BSoD while playing black desert online

I have been having this crash happen for a while. I have replaced my harddrive as well as replaced my hdd. After replacing my hdd and my video card it seemed to work for a while with no problems playing games like world of warcraft, but the first time I tried to play black desert online again the BSoD happened again after playing for a short time.

When it happens I am usually streaming music and in a voice chat program like mumble or skype. The screen goes BSoD but I can still hear the voice chat as well as the music I am streaming. I then hard shutdown my system and repower up and everything usually works fine until next time i try to play black desert online.

Please help? i have fallen in love with having 2 monitors and would love to get this fixed.

My PC crashed while playing black desert online and I would like help in knowing what this DMP file reads.

well im currently using the pc without ICUE installed and it seems to be fine for now ( i want to note that ICUE has never been an issue for me in terms of blue screens and system errors) although it's going to be difficult to know if Icue is the app causing the crashing on the computer because it seems to be very random and unpredictable. should I just reinstall it now or keep uninstalling using it until it happens again? I usually have custom fan settings on ICUE to keep the pc cool and the CPU.

I also did submit a support ticket to Activision support about my issue

So is this a software problem not a problem with hardware correct? When my PC crashed when playing black desert online?

React to your adversaries’ moves with well-timed inputs that use your character’s unique skills to win every battle.

To truly realize your own unique adventure within Black Desert, we made sure that character customization would allow players to assume their own identities in-game – or something else entirely. The in-depth character customization tool on Xbox One became a major challenge for us since it was incredibly difficult to incorporate all of the sliders and functions that allow each character to be special and different from one another.

In-game, you’ll see that we’ve assigned three special inputs on your Xbox One controller for each action in sculpting your character. By using the left or right thumbsticks, you can control the rotation, scale, and transformation of every part of your character as you see fit. We’re really proud to have been able to put this together for Black Desert and can’t wait to see what sort of colorful characters the community comes up with.

When all is said and done in Black Desert and your foes are laid to rest, there’s nothing like kicking back and relaxing. After all, Black Desert is a living, breathing world with a player-driven economy that allows you to interact with other real people in a shared, open landscape.
