Windows 10: My PC keeps crashing while playing EscapeFromTarkov or Lego StarWars

System crashes while playing Lego StarWars 2 and gets errror message "Main Executable is not working" in Windows 10

Original title: Main Executable is not working

I am having trouble with a game I used to play on my computer, since I started playing Lego StarWars 2 on my laptop with Windows 10, It keeps crashing and saying that the "Main Executable is not working", and it forces me to close the program. I have no
idea what this means but I am unable to play the game now. very upsetting to me.. please help me anyone with wisdom about these occurrences.

As per the issue description your game Starwars Commander started up in level 1 after being upgraded to level 8. We are not the right people to answer this query. This could be if there is some settings corruption. So, I would suggest you to contact

and see what they suggest.

Upon getting to roughly the same level in the game, I too have had this issue, as have several others by looking at the forums. It seems the Star Wars Commander Support Team believes it to be, a Microsoft Issue and Microsoft can says they cannot refund after
more than 30 days have passed since purchase. Either way it seems our progress is lost, and I personally am out over $200 since first playing the game. If Microsoft nor Disney can refund my money in full, I'll be filing a complaint report(s) with the US Better
Business Bureau. Unfortunately, I cannot get my hours upon hours of game play back as well.
