Windows 10: My pc keeps deadlocking

after changing my cpu's thermal paste because it kept crashing because of overheating my pc started deadlocking randomly. Sometime it crashes completly shortly after turning it on it freezes the screen and then shuts down and sometime while i'm working on something or playing. I tried updating my drivers but that didn't work. My Pc keeps Deadlocking

PC deadlocking, can't fix it.

My computer has been deadlocking randomly without warning for a few months now. I've tried many fixes but none of them worked. I reset my PC and reinstalled Windows, and I am still experiencing deadlocks. I'm thinking it has to be a drivers issue, does anyone have any solutions? Please provide in-depth descriptions. My computer keeps freezing sometime in the loading screen after pitting my pin or just while using it. When i get a deadlock sometime i go to bios without doing anything and my pc is frozen in there so i need to reset it again. This happens randomly. Last week it stopped freezing after using only one monitor but at 11pm it started freezing and i just went to sleep. I use to use it at 6pm to 11pm. I use to have a minidump file with one error only even though i deadlock alot and it was a ntoskrnl.exe i forgot and cant find it on the internet with a string called memory_managment. My computer is a ryzen 5 4500 with 16gb of ddr4 ram amd 6600xt

 

PC constant deadlocking

Hello, i have a problem with my pc. The pc randomly deadlocks and i cant do anything except turning it off and back on, it even deadlocked when i was resetting my windows, in safe mode and when booting up the pc it deadlocks. the only time that it doesnt
deadlock in is in the bios menu.

i tried the following to fix; none worked

checked the temps, they were fine

reinstalled windows and wiped my drives empty

startup repair

chkdsk command

windows memory diagnostics

resetting bios

running the pc with one stick of ram (i tried both sticks, no difference)

the pc can literally deadlock at any given time, without any stress being put on the pc, so no programs running no nothing just a random deadlock

and im thinking its definitely a hardware problem, the thing i want to know is what faulty hardware can cause this.

my psu fans spin normally, no strange sounds

my cpu fan doesnt make weird noises so its fine

the other options are the mobo, ssd i have windows on, the ram and my apu

Ryzen 3 2200G APU with vega 8 integrated

120gb ssd

coolermaster masterwatt lite 400w

2x4gb 3000mhz ram

someone pls help im getting frustrated

Thanks for the response . I will try all your suggestions to see if i can fix it and then come back with a response.

I did disable the Intel (R) TPM provisioning service, but that didnt help.

The Ndivert service did not show up in the services list though, so i dont know where to find it.

Additionally i can mention that my pc doesnt have a crashing pattern. It usually happens once every session i use it. But after it deadlocks, it wont do it again until i turn it off and leave it for a bit.

My pc will usually deadlock atleast once every day. But it's not always consistent, so testing out the different fixes might take some time.
