Windows 10: My pc keeps doing a beeping noise

I have an hp computer windows 10, Today when i turned it on it started making a weird beeping noise followed by a "bzzz" similar sound when zooming in with a camera sound. It keeps going even if i turn the pc off and unplugg everything.I tried to turn off all windows sounds but it doesn't work, the pc works completely fine there are no problems, what should i do?

PC makes beeping noise

pc making periodic beeping noise for no apparent reason. Two tones, one higher than other, followed shortly after by same two tones in reverse order, lower then higher. Does this consistently, with a minute or so before tones are repeated. Never did this before. Using HP laptop, Windows 11. Have run virus scan, updated software, even restored to previous date before beeps started.

The solution below will solve (removing beep noise) the problem:

1. Open Windows Registry (regedit.exe).
   
2. Jump to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT
   
3. Create REG_DWORD DisableAbsoluteVolume and set it's value to 1.
   
4. Restart PC
   

But, it will cause issues when I try to change the volume from my headphones. They no longer control the master volume / volume mixer, but still adjusts the sound level when volume up/down is pressed.

So, is there a way to remove the beep noise altogether without doing that registry change?

Note: There is no beep noise when I change the volume to 100% or 0% on the built-in Laptop speakers.
