My computer keeps doing this and I need to know how to solve it

Hi

There are different factors that can contribute as for why your computer would stop responding at random and also the monitor output becomes fuzzy or bright. This could be caused by a recent update causing a software conflict or device drivers that got corrupted.

• Were there any recent changes made or updates installed prior to the issue occuring?
• Aside from the fuzzy or bright screen when the computer stops responding, were there any error messages that showed up?
• Which version and build of Windows 10 do you installed on your computer.

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you follow the steps on this
link to get your computer into safe mode. This will start the Windows operating system using a limited set of files and drivers.
If the same symptoms don't occur in safe mode, we'll know that the default settings and basic device drivers aren't the cause of the issue.

Did you tired uninstalling the Adobe Editing program?

Windows Error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high. Blue screen error, or stop code, will make your computer shut down abruptly to protect
itself from data loss.

Since you have tired all troubleshooting steps, but the problem still persist. I suggest you to check the issue by uninstalling the Adobe Editing program to see if problem still persists.

If it doesn't fix the issue, then try to Reset the PC. Resetting lets you choose whether to keep your files or remove them, and then reinstalls Windows. To get started, go to
Start > Settings > Update & security > Reset this PC >
Get started and choose an option. While performing reset ensure to select
Keep my files. It will do the following,

  Reinstalls Windows 10 and keeps your personal files.
  
• 
  Removes apps and drivers you installed.
