Windows 10: My PC keeps freezing, BSOD, and random restarting.

I built a new PC in February and in seems pretty unstable. It keeps crashing. I sometimes get BSOD with error "an unexpected error has occurred" and sometimes I get freezes or reboots. i have windows 10 education. The Minidump folder is empty but I have my system and application events.

I've tried running chkdsk on both my drives, running the windows image verifier, deleting temporary files, running /scannow, and going in device manager and updating everything. I also just flashed my mobo bios to the latest version but it hasn't seemed to help. I suspect it may be a driver causing the issue but don't know how troubleshoot which driver it is. Also most of the crashes happen while playing games but I am playing games a lot so I don't really know if its related to the cause.

I have a noctia d-15 cooling it and only goes to like 60C max under heavy conditions. My rtx 2060 runs hotter around 70-75 on some games. Also certain games tend to crash it more than others, like overwatch has never crashed even though I play it a lot at 300 fps but other games have caused multiple crashes.

My PC makes some kind of hissing sound under heavy loads I couldn't identify the exact cause but it might some kind of issue with PSU, GPU, or CPU. I was going to try and swap out the power cords for the CPU and GPU and see it that helped. My PSU is a B stock EVGA - 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply.

I just updated to the latest bios but I just got some more crashes.

I tried to overclock but couldn't get a it stable so I left it on default (it has intel boost or something that lets the cores go up to 4.9 ghz. The only setting it changed in the bios was enabling RAM preset to go 3000 and disabling my integrated graphics card.

I did find the error that caused my pc to crash when I was playing osu! twice:

He mentioned that he had done that above. Also I provided a BSOD details app. There were no BSODs to report.

Reboot and hit F8 to get into the Windows Diagnostic Settings before Windows boots. Turn off "Automatic Restart on System Failure." This way we can completely rule out BSODs. Sometimes a PC will BSOD but the PC will restart so quickly that the BSOD is not even rendered.

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
