Windows 10: My PC keeps freezing for a few seconds unexpectedly, and I can't figure out why

My PC randomly freezes for a few seconds, and during these times, the fans start running very fast. I looked in Event Viewer and saw a message that says: "The access history in hive \??\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository\Packages\Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.7_7.2409.9001.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe\ActivationStore.dat was cleared updating 0 keys and creating 0 modified pages." Could this be connected to the freezing issue, or is there something else I should check?

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
