    My pc keeps freezing so I have to turn it off using the power button


    Recently my pc has been freezing and I have had to turn it off using the power button on the pc it’s self. Most times it’s to do with Roblox and that’s it and I don’t know why. I haven’t really done anything else so I don’t know anything on any other game. It’s starting to bug me cuz I’ve been logged out my pc acc and had to wait 2hr cuz of how many times I’ve shut it down. Thank you

    Have to manually turn pc off with power button before it boots correct

    Hi guys,

    every time I want to use my custom-built pc (Windows 10), the process goes as following:

    -press power button
    -wait for initial booting to start, before a noise that sounds like something being stopped
    -hold down power button so it turns off
    -press power button, and voila it works.

    does anyone know why this could be happening? a friend suggested a clean reinstall, i've tried a partial one with the feature that allows you to keep files and that didn't fix it.

    PSU issue? Power on button not working after power off

    when your pc cant turn on when you pressing power button, try to unplug 24 pins cable from your psu to your motherboard, leave several minutes then plug in back then push power button.
    does it turn on?

    Computer freezing and requires power button to be held down to turn off and reboot PC.

    Hello. My PC recently froze again twice. Once coming out of sleep mode. I held the power button to turn it off and then back on, and then it froze again shortly after booting up. I have attached the logs in case this helps.

    For your suggestion - I had originally began freezing after using drivers that had been giving me no problems since 2022. I then updated to the latest driver (545.84) and continued freezing. I then reformatted my PC with a cloud download of Windows 10. For these reasons I do not think it is a driver issue, as I have tried two different drivers now and went through a reformat.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
