Windows 10: My PC keeps freezing with CPU treads at 100%

I'm kinda new to forums so I'm not sure this is the correct place.I have had this issue for about a week now, I tried to search for solutions online, but in the end nothing worked.I experience this strange issue where my PC after some time working just fine, starts to freeze for 5 to even 10 seconds. While the freeze lasts my CPU usage goes up with "System" and some, not all, threads logical processors spike to 100%. The other threads logical processors don't seem to be affected at all Its always the same, max 4 threads that spike. While my PC is frozen it still takes input; I can type a

At which step does it freeze?

I'm on a low bandwidth ISP and have been seeing my 'Downloading...' step SAY 100% but clearly there's still some serious network traffic down that continues for another 15 minutes. It helps to know it's really not stuck, and this Download 100% message is premature.

Check Performance Monitor if it is the Download step.

 

CPU @ 100% Constantly

From time of boot CPU is at 100% I disabled all startup programs and no change, I tried everything I could think of and found on the web. I uninstalled all my programs and...no change super fetch...no change. I get the sad blue screen (was every once and
a while) almost every time it freezes... which is very frequently now..Any suggestions?

 

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
