Windows 10: My pc keeps freezing?

my pc keeps freezing when I'm playing games have checked my driver and my gpu which both seem to be fine. but even checked these and try trouble shooting not sure how to fix this and when I say freeze it freezes both my screens an i have to manually turn off my pc and restart which is annoying i don't know if it is a software issue or a hard where issue.i also have some windows updates that wont install not sure if they are an issue.2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB50344412024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems K

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
