Windows 10: My pc keeps getting blue screen errors and it has something to do with any NT services on...

The blue screens are unpredictable and happen either on startup or after a little use of the computer.I get errors like IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL & Memory_Management.I've tried wiping the drive, trying different windows editions, updating drivers, disabling overclocks and using everything at its base.ill put my minidumps in this text box.https://www.mediafire.com/file/qxihiuyfhdrsy09/minidumps.txt/file

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
