My PC keeps getting really quick BSODs and I'm getting flooded with WHEA-Logger 17 event...

Ever since I recently built my PC, I've been getting really quick blue screens with barely any time to read the stop code. In addition to that, I checked Event Viewer, and my event logs were flooded with "A Corrected hardware error has occurred" Event ID 17, PCI Express Root Port error. The blue screens would eventually stop sometimes but happen again when I'm gaming or watching videos. It's been like this even before I upgraded to Windows 11. I'm not sure if it's a Motherboard error or not. I don't know what to do, if you have any fixes, please let me know. Thank you! -OryanWindows 10/11

    WHEA-Logger | Event ID 17 Issue

    Hello.

I had the same problem on my Biostar TB250 pro motherboard.

Previously in the BIOS settings I changed the PCIe Speed to GEN1 for all of the PCI Express slots.

In my case this was the cause of the flood of whea-logger errors.

I changed them to GEN2 speed and the WHEA log errors disappeared.

WHEA-Logger Event ID 17 flooding System Events

I decided not to visit ASUS service center because after 2-3 weeks they would say 'we couldnt do anything'. I googled about whea-logger, event 17 problem. It takes place on all 6th Intels modification. So, there is another question for me. How could computer companiess release the laptops with errors and problems? or did they cut all staff positions of quality control deparments? Rdiculous, in any case.
