    My pc keeps getting the BSOD or just restarting out of the blue.


    I recently received my brothers old pc as a gift and every now and then when I am playing games the pc either freezes and restarts out of the blue or a BSOD appears. The games I'm playing also seem to crash randomly. It has completely fresh windows 10 installed and I have all my drivers updated, windows memory test says the memory is fine.Some of the errors I get from the event viewer are as follows: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 0xffffaffd95a908bc, 0x000000000000000c, 0x0000000000

    Blue Screens of Death are in general caused by driver issues, these applications that proport to keep your drivers up-to-date are not a great solution . . .

    The nest time you get a Blue Screen, please follow these steps:

    • Let the counter reach 100%
    • Restart your laptop
    • Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\Mini Dumps
    • Zip up the contents of that folder
    • Upload the Zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
    • Provide a link here to that zip file and we can have a look, in order to help you diagnose the root problem behind your BSOD's

    Random Restarts, No BSOD

    He mentioned that he had done that above. Also I provided a BSOD details app. There were no BSODs to report.
