My pc keeps getting the Error kernal power 4163 0x8000400000000002

I have checked the psu and the ram, and its all ok and no issues with hardware was found, but when i try using my computer to watch youtube and make music with FL studios, i get the error randomly. I have updated all the outdated drivers and stuff. Ever since i updated windows, this stared to happen. I even tried to uninstall the windows update to no avail

    :)

  2. the error I keep getting is this: kernel-power 26 / 0x8000400000000002

so my PC keeps crashing with seemingly no reason eversince the May genral win update (win10). up until that point it was running perfectly and there wasn't any changes in softwares for a good while before that. since then, I tried everything, and when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING. I tried clean installing windows myself, took it to a professional to fix it when it didn't help, they did another clean instal without the update (that I couldn't remove myself because it was buggy) and it keeps happening. I tried SFC and DCIM (it fixed some corrupted files at some point but it finds nothing else these days), updated some drivers and did pretty much everything that I could find on the internet. yet, the issue is the same. I'm at my 3rd clean win instal right now and it's annoying.

    so the error I keep getting is this: kernel-power 41 / 0x8000400000000002

it's totally random when it happens, it's not software or time specific, sometimes it doesn't even happen for a day or two and then other times it happens ever 5 mins, so I'm at complete loss.

if anyone could offer any solutions I would be most appreciative.

    Hi Laique Naimat,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Have you ever noticed which actions are prone to crashes?

The kernel-power 41/0x8000400000000002 error you provided means "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first". This will only see that your computer is accidentally shut down.

If you can, try a clean boot to see if you can still crash with only system services running.

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get you back on track.

In addition, you can click search on the taskbar, type "Event Viewer" and open it, click "Windows Logs" on the left - "System" to export logs from "System" and share them with me via OneDrive or other means. We can look at the logs to try and find the root cause of the problem.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,
