    fresh start vs. reset pc

    What is the difference between a fresh start and resetting the PC? My PC has Windows 11 installed, is freezing too much for the last few days and disturbing my regular workflow. Should I reset the PC or give it a fresh start? Every related info is appreciated.

    Windows reset w/ keep files shows it will delete things on other drives

    Hello, I am trying to reset Windows in hopes of solving some other issues with my PC. I am running Windows 11 and Windows 11 is the only thing I care about on my C: drive. I have plenty of games, software, and work related stuff across my D-G drives that I would like Windows to keep but when I choose to reset Windows and keep files, when Windows shows the list of all software that will be removed it shows all the software across all my drives and says all of it will be removed. I can't seem to find anything similar to this online, any help is appreciated.

    Windows 11 reinstall

    Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

    I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

    But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?
