BSOD random on my Windows 7 64bit with ccboot diskless



Good day,

I have been having issue with my server where it randomly reboots and the error are different. I have attached the zip file running dm_log

I have tested my RAM with memtest and all test passed, I also run the seatools and my HDD passed the SDF, Short and long generic test.

I have a license ccboot and the tech cant seem to see any issue with the software

BSOD Critical Process Died/Store Exception Error

I have had my pc crash at random times for the past 2 months, and it gives me the BSOD with the critical process died or the store exception errors. I made some research and tried fixing the problem by upgrading all my drivers, ran sfc scan, checked my hard
disk sectors, and even reset my windows completely while keeping my files, but nothing helped as it still crashes at random times. I have uploaded my dump files and the msoinfo on onedrive here:

I am currently running Windows 10, I would greatly appreciate it if somebody was able to help me fix this issue. Thanks!

 

PC crash when playing games - Error 10016. DistributedCOM

This is a problem that have occured several times a day and it is starting to get extremely annoying. This happens most when I'm playing Fortnite. My PC just crashes to a random colour, for exampel: last time it crashed, the colour on my screen was pink.
Everytime this crash occurs I have to restart my PC. When I check event log it says it was an error in DistributedCOM. I have no idea what to do.

 

The dumps all point to Windows files so not much info to be found there.
No over clocking is indicated. You've tested RAM and hard drive.

Looking through Event Viewer log (eventlog.txt) I see several error messages about Steam not responding or timing out just before the system BSODs or restart without a good shutdown. Is there a newer version of Steam available? You could try completely uninstalling it then reinstalling it.

You have the latest BIOS.

The only thing I see is there is a newer Intel Management Engine Interface. The one you have installed is dated 7/8/2015/07/08
The newer one is 2015/09/17

Not much difference but maybe enough to make a difference.

What is ccboot and why do you use it? I looked it up but still don't really understand what it's for, probably because I'm not a gamer.

Time to try Driver Verifier, see if it shakes out any driver problems.

Driver Verifier is a diagnostic tool built into Windows 10, it is designed to verify both native Microsoft drivers and third party drivers. Driver Verifier's verification process involves putting heavy stress on drivers with the intention of making bad, outdated, incompatible or misbehaving drivers fail. The required result is a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) which will generate a crash dump for debugging purposes.
Machines exposed to Driver Verifier will run very sluggishly due to the stress being applied to the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable in Windows 10

Warning:
It is not advised to run Driver Verifier for more than 48 hours at a time. Disable Driver Verifier after 48 hours or after receiving a BSOD, whichever happens soonest.

Always create a Restore Point prior to enabling Driver Verifier.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am using CCBOOT for diskless solution for my internet café. Since the issue on my server I have temporarily used one of my client as a server and for testing purposes. The client that serve as a temporary server did not have the same issue which also have the same application, RAM installed.. Can you give me the correct link to the newer "Intel Management Engine Interface" download. There is a lot of different version. I have alos enabled the Verifier but how do you want me to proceed sending to you the log file? I will wait for your response and thanks a lot

I have run into another issue again after I enabled verifier. The PC crashed but then I cant get Windows to boot up anymore. I am re-installing Windows 10 again and all the drivers. Will keep you posted. Thanks
