Windows 10: My PC keeps playing the ejecting sound when you reject a CD but there is no CD in it help me!!!

My PC keeps playing an annoying ejecting sound when you eject a CD out of your computer and I don't know how to stop it from happening and there is no CD in it at all it's getting me mad and I've tried everything someone please help or give me a few things I can try to fix it!!!! Is it a system failure?

To eject your CD, I suggest you to shut down your PC, then power on it and press the button to eject your DVD.

If you're unable to eject your CD by using the hardware button on the drive, you can follow these steps to eject it within Windows:

- Open File Explorer (Windows Key+E)

- Right-click on your CD drive and select Eject.
