Windows 10: my pc keeps randomly crashing and then rebooting from bugcheck

here is the minidumps file of one of the crashes: 042824-12703-01.dmp this problem has been happening for a couple weeks now. i don't know why it keeps crashing and just want to solve the issue now instead of having to buy a whole new PC. i am not a PC expert but am also not a newbie aswell.Things I've already tried doing:- run an sfc/scannow --> no files were corrupted- updated all my drivers- updated windows- ran a windows full scan virus checkas said I am not a PC expert in which I cant correctly identify what exactly is the problem, I don't even no if its a hardware or software issue. i

Random pc crashs

i recently descovered my ram was poor in my pc and needed renewing and it was causeing problems installnig WOW but now my pc is randomly crashing is this due to the same problem the errorr log shows this

My PC keeps crashing completely randomly.

My PC keeps crashing randomly, i get a black screen and all the lights are still on. I use windows 10 and a 30 series nvidia RTX graphics card. I have tried new graphics drivers, checking temperature, checking my RAM, keeping an eye on power usage and reinstalling graphics drivers, nothing works. At the moment of each crash i get this error: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffff9e8578cbd460, 0xfffff80745aa3ac0, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). Please can someone help me this has been happening for weeks now and I dont know how to fix it.

 

BugCheck Crashes

My laptop has Windows 10 64-bit with Anniversary Update. My computer/laptop keeps crashing randomly and when I go to "Event Viewer", it always comes up with bugcheck on each crash... Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thoughts and help GREATLY appreciated

Update: Both Chkdsk and Windows Memory Diagnostic came up with no errors.
