Windows 10: My pc keeps repairing my C drive every time I boot it up, how do I fix it?

Every time I start up my pc it will always show me the "repairing c drive" screen, eventually I'll just get in to the pc and no problem, shut off for the day next day repeat, its been going on for over a month now, the problem is this has been really going on for 2 years, over the years it got to the point I just couldn't even start up my pc. I had to reinstall windows about 3 times in total, so far each time it works fine until a few months in then it starts to show "c drive repairing itself diagnosing your pc" and finally today low and behold it finally also couldn't start up again properly.

How to fix slow booting and checking repairing drive c

At first the computer was fine, then i want to check my disk error then i go to disk management and check it but because i think it is gonna take a long time, i cancel it then my computer suddenly becom slow booting and while booting it shows scanning and repairing drive c.

I have tried to recheck the disk error but i can't, it keep telling to repair after restart.

Any solution ??

  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.
