Windows 10: My pc keeps restarting and i don't know why

Hi, this is my first post. My pc keeps restarting without any BSOD or warning, I tried everything to fix it, i changed my PSU, motherboard, fully cleaned it with a compressor and i reinstalled windows but the i still have the same issues. It can randomly restart from 5 minutes up until a few hours.Here are my pc specsevice name JustinProcessor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB Device ID 42477E87-E998-428E-92E4-5616D5684F85 Product ID 00330-80197-89525-AA159 System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch in

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Let us know if you're facing any issues with boot to desktop and does the issue occur after login?

If you're able to boot to the desktop, then I would suggest you to follow the steps and check:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannow
  
  powershell
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Close the CMD window

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.
