Windows 10: My PC keeps restarting / blue screening unexpectedly. How can I fix this?

Since a couple of days my PC keeps blue screening with the following message: ''Your PC ran into a problem and needs a restart : '' or just completely randomly restarts. I checked the reliability history in the Control Panel and it showed the following ''Windows stopped working'' with the description: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a 0x0000000000003453, 0xffffe28be99980c0, 0x00000000001ead18, 0x0000000000000003. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Mini
