Windows 10: My PC keeps restarting without error message by an 0x00000116

I was wondering why my PC suddenly started restarting for no reason, so i went to the Event Viewer thing to see the Windows System Protocols. And it seems to be a Blue Screen error called "0x00000116 0xffffb2816d56b010, 0xfffff80595bbe0c0, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004". And everytime i tend to get a 0x00000116 error when my PC restarts, but i never get a Blue Screen. Updating and Reinstalling drivers doesnt seem to help me, my PC just randomly started to do this for no reason. It can happen anytime while playing games, and/or researching on the

Windows explorer keeps closing and restarting

• Have you made any recent changes on your PC?

* Last thing i did was to install microsoft silverlight before this problem , i uninstalled it but i still have the problem.

• Are you getting any specific error messages? If yes, send us a screenshot. * explorer keeps restarting without any error message
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far aside from Safe Mode? I did update my graphic card , scanfnow and chkdsk Thank you
