Windows 10: My PC keeps starting up, displaying a blue screen of death with a different message every...

I don't use it often so I don't even care if I have to wipe it, but I can't even do that without seeing the screen but it's always just black...I'm so confused. .

The Blue Screen error is caused by an outdated driver, a recently installed application that causes conflict on the system, or due to missing updates. Stop errors (also known as blue screen or black screen errors) can occur if a serious problem causes Windows
to shut down or restart unexpectedly. Improper shutting down of the computer or forcefully turning off your device might also cause a startup issue.

We would like to verify the verify the changes made to the device prior to the issue.

Meanwhile, we suggest that you boot your computer in Safe mode. Safe mode starts Windows in a limited state, where only the bare essentials are started. Check if you will encounter the same issue while in Safe mode. For instructions, follow
the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + I on your keyboard to open
  Settings. If that doesn't work, select the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen, then select
  Settings.
  
• Select Update & security > Recovery.
  
• Under Advanced startup, select Restart now.
