    My PC lags when typing in Asian languages.


    Hello, everyone in the Microsoft Community!Since yesterday I've been having some troubles with Asian languages in my PC. First, I couldn't change languages by using the keyboard Alt + Shift so I had to select the desired language by clicking on it in the language menu. Next, whenever I was typing in Japanese or Chinese, my PC wouldn't convert the characters and sometimes characters wouldn't even appear on screen. And even if I tried to change the active window, the PC wouldn't respond at all for about a minute.I've been trying to type in web browsers, word processors and other softwares but

    E66 bought in hong honk has asian languages only

    a friend's old man bought her a E66 on a trip to hong kong. It seems to only have asian (picture) languages on it.

    I tried updating the firmware with the updater. The update worked. Version 102.07.81 was already on the phone and the same version was re-installed via the update. It still only has asian languages (presumably the first list I got after the flash was a list
    of languages - all pictures!)

    Is there some way i can flash the phone with a firmware version that contains english?

    Typing language problem

    Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?
