Windows 10: My PC loses Video Output when I Update the Display Driver or connect to the internet

I apologize in advance. this is going to be a long read. My Pc crashed then went straight to bluescreen. there was no restore point and the startup repair tool failed so I decided to make a bootable Windows USB. I managed to install a fresh Windows but here comes the problem, whenever I try to install my display adapter I lose video output but the pc stays on because I can still hear the *beep when I try to refresh the display driver using ctrl+shift+windows +B. If I hit the restart button my PC wont boot. I have to uninstall the display driver using DDU on safe mode to be able to make it boot

We suggest you to update the Network adapters driver from the Device Manager.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on Start button and click on
Device Manager.

2. Expand the
Network adapters driver from the list.

3. Right click on the driver and click on
Update driver Software.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps:

If you see the black screen or have a flickering screen follow the steps given below:

• Try connecting to different video outputs on the PC. Sometimes a change in driver can cause the video to be sent:
  

• To a different Adapter: from integrated graphics to a discrete card or vice versa.
  
• To a different output: from HDMI to DVI, DisplayPort to VGA, or any other combination.
  

• Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking or Enable low-resolution video.

• Advanced boot options, Safe　Mode with Networking, or Low Resolution Video
• Check Device Manager and look　for Display Adapters

• If you see 2 items under Display Adapters, disable to integrated video card (e.g. Intel HD 4000 or AMD Radeon HD 4200) and restart. (try vice versa if it does not work) 　　
  
• If you see 1item under Display Adapters, rollback the driver or uninstall the display　adapter in Device Manager, and enable the option to delete driver software.
  

Check the PC or display adapter manufacturer’s site for an updated driver.
