Windows 10: My PC makes a buzzzz sound and then restarts doing any random tasks like searching the web...

Two things i have already tried are uninstalling and reinstalling my graphic card drivers. I have also tried the method i saw in which you uninstall Realtek audio drivers and let Microsoft install their own which is high definition audio device. I have check for any viruses and corrupted files and nothing bad is coming up. When going into event viewer it says source kernel-power, event id 41 and task category 63. I am also sure my cpu is not overheating as I’ve tried to check the temps constant and it doesn’t look like its overheating. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

Edge, start menu, IE, Search, Notifications, apps not launching and no sound

I suggest you to follow the suggestions below and check if it fixes Edge, Internet Explorer, Search, Start Menu, Notifications and modern not launching:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click File > Run New Task.
  
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD.
• Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannow
  
  powershell
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Close the CMD window

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

Method 2

I suggest you to try updating the Sound drivers check if it works for you.
Follow the steps to update the sound driver:

• Expand ‘Sound, Video and Game Controllers’.
  
• Right-click on the Sound device listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.
• Select the option to automatically search for the updated driver software.
• Restart the computer after its updated and verify.

Method 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Sound driver

I suggest you to try uninstall the Sound drivers check if it works for you.
Follow the steps to uninstall the Sound drivers:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Sound, Video and Game Controllers.
  
• Right-click on the Audio devices listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.
• Select the option to Delete driver software.
• Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset and sound drivers.
