Windows 10: My pc meets windows 11 requirements but installer says This PC Can't run Windows 11

I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 11 from a bootable USB. according to the PC Health Check, "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements", I have made sure my BIOS has TPM and Secure Boot enabled, and still I am unable to install it, right after inputing the Product Key the installer says "This PC can't run Windows 11" and says to go to https://aka.ms/WindowsSysReq.I can't use the updater because I'm installing on a different SSD, help.

Windows 10 Update says my PC meets all system requirements for Windows 11. Upon install it says This PC cannot run Windows 11.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.

I'm trying to do a clean install of Windows 11 on my computer (the Windows 10 install was an in place upgrade from 7 and has just gotten really slow so I want to do a clean install, NOT an in place upgrade) According to the PC Health Check, "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements":





Windows Update says "Windows 11, Version 22H2 is ready-and it's free!" with a "Download and Install" button; but I want a clean install so I used the media creation tool to make a bootable USB drive and tried to install Windows 11 that way and it stops after selecting the version and says "This PC can't run Windows 11" and says to go to https://aka.ms/WindowsSysReq. How do I figure out why only the clean installer thinks my computer can't run it?

 

Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?

The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?
