Windows 10: My pc monitor wont turn on after being put into safe mode

When I was trying to fix my graphics driver issue they AMD asked me to put my pc into safe mode. After doing that and restarting my Monitor is now saying no signal and having the monitor screen off. I have tried most of the other solutions but no idea.

Hello,

My pc was working perfectly fine, i disabled nvidia graphics to install new ones. i switched to safe mode by msconfig menu. now when i turn on my pc, everything runs except the monitor. so I'm stuck with a working pc,however, i dont get display. can't get out of safe mode without display.
It happened before too, i found some steps to get out of safe mode without display with keyboard only.

Also Monitor is connected to Motherboard VGA, i also tried the CMOS reset.

Any help ?

To assist you better, I would like to know when exactly the monitors turns off. Are you able to access the desktop?

I suggest you to check if you are able to start the computer in Safe mode.

If the issue does not persists in Safe mode, I suggest you to place the computer in Clean boot state and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Follow the Microsoft KB article to perform clean boot on the computer:

Disclaimer: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the
computer to start as usual.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run DISM and check if it helps.
