Windows 10: My PC now only boots into its BIOS after a botched windows reinstall

I was reinstalling windows 10 via usb and wiping partition disks as I was planning sell the PC. During deleting the partition disks and proceeding to the next stage my power cut out and as I re-booted the pc I am now stuck at my BIOS settings and unsure how to get back to anything. BIOS is msi b550m wifi pro vdhI don’t care about the data as I have already transferred it all onto another USB however I just want to get back to where I was or just not see the bios screenThanks.

Windows will only boot if forced in BIOS

Hello everyone, another really strange issue appeared yesterday ^^
Basically the PC wouldn't boot, it would just turn my monitor off after "Starting Windows".
The PC was able to boot in safe mode AND using the integrated VGA so I thought of a drivers issue.
Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers countless times, even tried to switch to an old GTX 260. Still couldn't boot.
So I reinstalled the OS entirely. (Had a partition with W8 and that was working fine).
Installed 680 drivers, restart and bam, monitor goes off and the computer just won't do anything (HDD LED's off). Then I plugged out my spare SSD with W8 in it. Booted, and it worked. Whatever, I guessed. Tried to reboot again, same issue.
What I have concluded now is that if I try to boot the OS from the BIOS (don't have a boot menu, just one integrated in the BIOS) it would boot fine 90% of the time. That's really strange to me. I would upgrade the BIOS or restore the default settings but I'm afraid to lose my RAID once again (would be like the 4th tme eheh)

My pc will only turn onto the bios settings
