Windows 10: My PC online games freeze every so often and it's not because of my wifi.

When I'm on my pc my games and apps freeze every so often. For example in valorant about every 30 seconds my character freezes for 5-10 seconds and then I come back in in a new place. I have done so many things to try and fix this but nothing works.
