    My PC pops up the blue screen after i try to close some games


    Hi, so the problem with my PC started when i was playing ARK and when i tried to close the game, my PC just freezed and put up the blue screen, and after that my PC restarted. I thought that was a one time thing, but it happened again when i tried to close ARK again. This did also happened with games like Valorant and with other games like Spiderman Remastered it didnt pop up the blue screen, but still it restarted my PC. I believe it could be because of overheating on my CPU, but im not sure.This are my specs:CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900XGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Motherboard: GIGABYTE B550M DS3HRA

    PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    Hi Dyari,

    thanks for your reply.

    I have done everything you have suggested and still I will blue screen when gaming only.

    I then reinstalled windows, and followed your steps again and still experiencing the same issues.

    Also I was not overclocking ever. The blue screens occurred while at stock speeds.

    Apologies I forgot to mention my motherboard is ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING.
