My pc has been running into an issue where it randomly freezes and I need to turn off the entire pc and turn it back on, more recently, however, my pc "ran into an issue" and restarted itself. After it restarted I viewed the reliability history and the problem description read:"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 0xffff8a0bd8c22000, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8027102b24e, 0x0000000000000002. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report

Your PC ran into a problem, blue screen, laptop freezing

Hi there,

My laptop has been freezing for a week now.. I've deleted files and everything to try solve the problem.. it runs for a while and but when you start to open applications it freezes and takes forever to run again... then this message keeps appearing .. it's
a blue screen and it says "your PC ran I to a problem"

... the stop code is driver power state failure..

Does anyone know how to stop this or fix the problem?

I've had the laptop for 2 years and I got it from my university as part of funding...

The screen freezes and blue screen crashes

it freezes randomly n does not recover unless i force restart my pc I've tried everything from the list of options for blue screen crashes but none of them worked for me if there are other ways to fix it pls do tell or do I need to bring my pc to a shop
or dell to fix it

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
