Windows 10: My pc ran into a problem

I played borderlands 2 on it, shut down the Desktop pc, took a shower and when I booted the pc, it said your pc ran into a problem and disappeared. I couldn't read it because it was gone really fast. The pc was on, but there wasn't any video output. I restarted the pc with the button, still nothing. Please help

PC ran into a problem

Hi Argel,

• The stop code error began within this past week
• I have an HP laptop and just updated the Bios
• It's happening once a day
• What I'm getting is a blue screen that first shows the sad face followed by: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you."
• Then it states "If you call a support person, give them this info:" which is what I typed above.

I suggest you to try startup repair using Windows 10.

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10 installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer. (If you’re not seeing this screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to boot from media, and then try again.)
  
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Select
  Advanced Options >Startup Repair.

I suggest you to run check disk provided by Isha Soni to fix the issue, by downloading Windows 10 to a USB.

PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM error, unable to boot Windows, extremely stuck.
