Windows 10: my pc randomly crashes complete with no warning signs and what seems to be random times

so, over the past few months i have had this problem but haven't dealt with it. it will happen on average once every hour and a half of playing games on my pc, it doesn't seem to happen when i am just watching videos only when i have my camera on talking to a friend looking at something or playing games. i have a very good pc rysen 7, 16gb ram, rx 5600xt, windows 10 right when it happens a few horizontal lines shoot across my screen before it goes black and shuts down. i can hear my devices disconnecting before it shuts down. I also have a problem when at the same timings as this instead of

Hi, It may be several reasons behind the computer crashing randomly like a driver issue, operating system issue, excess heat up, hardware miss configuration and insufficient RAM. As you said you have stable power so track
one of these reasons which is a perfect cause behind the random system crashes. You can check manually and will able to fix it. But before I will suggest you take backup of your system. It may be possible for data loss situation. Thanks

 

Reboots/Crashes while Gaming

Hello,

I have random crashes while playing games. Its the same problem as in this thread Random-ish reboots

So basically when playing a game the PC randomly crashes into a reboot. This occurs completely random and without warning.

As suggested in the linked thread I disabled fast startup, which sadly didnt fix the problem.

I also monitored my temperatures which are fine. A workaround that seems to be stable is lowering my graphics settings to very low.

I attached my V2 Logs after a Crash. Windows Version is 1909 (OS Build 18363.720)

 

PC Randomly Crashing

My PC has been randomly crashing for a few months. Sometimes Id have a week stretch with no random crashes, sometimes I would have back to back to back crashes within minutes of each other. I have very stable power, and I dont game. My computer would crash
from Youtube videos or even just using Microsoft Word. I also never have a lot of tabs opened at a time. My computer has never overheated according to the software I use. Please help! Thanks
