    My pc randomly crashes.


    My pc randomly crashes that leads to screen freeze and the audio will be on for a while then screen will be black but cpu will be still running.There was a error in window log under system error:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef 0xffffd986875f8080, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
