Windows 10: My PC randomly empties trash bin files to desktop - How to stop this annoying problem?

Hello!For some reason, randomly my PC empty trash bin files to desktop like seen on the picture, why it does this and how to stop the issue? It even randomly empty some files that I have already deleted from trash bin. Hope you can help!

I wonder if you have a tip for me...

Once I deleted the Bin icon from the desktop, by mistake.
I got it back no problem.

Only since this happened, whenever I empty the bin I still have the 'full' icon. And it remains so until I restart my pc. Same in the case where the bin is empty and I delete files, the icon remains that of the 'empty' bin until I restart the pc.

lol it gets on my nerves!

Recycle Bin Empties to Desktop Randomly

I have tried using storage sense and setting the recycle bin to automatically empty every 24 hours but this does not help, for some reason it still randomly empties the contents of the recycle bin onto my desktop for no apparent reason.

Any insight would be helpful.
