Hello,I have been facing a problem for two days now, that happens randomly, and even happens when my pc is idle, and I'm not doing anything.My PC Randomly Goes Black Screen, and All my Fans Go Full Speed, and the only way out is to hard shut my pc by holding the power button.I have stress tested both my CPU and GPU, and the thermals are looking fine, and did not observe any crashing.I was able to see in the event Viewer an event marking the moment i hard shut my PC "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. Screen Randomly Goes Black, Fans Max Out - PC Requires Power Cycle to Recover

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Maingear PC, which I hope you can assist me in resolving. My PC's screen randomly goes black, and the fans ramp up to the highest speed. I can only restore the PC to a working state by performing a power cycle.

PC Specifications:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (16 cores, 4.5 GHz, Boosts to 5.7 GHz)
  
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
  
• Cooling: MAINGEAR EPIC RGB 360 AiO Liquid Cooler
  
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
  
• Memory: 64GB FURY Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz (2x32GB)
  
• Power Supply: MAINGEAR 1000W Ignition
  
• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
  
• M.2 NVMe SSD: 1TB Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

1. Enabled and disabled XMP memory in the BIOS.
   
2. Reinstalled the graphics card drivers.
   
3. Updated the BIOS firmware.
   
4. Verified that RAM modules are installed correctly.
   
5. Ran the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to detect file corruption.
   

Unfortunately, these steps have not resolved the issue, and I am still experiencing the black screen and high fan speed symptoms.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.

 

RTX 4080 Suprim randomly monitor goes OFLINE / no signal but when restart windows 11, fans and rgbs will run normal on the background.

I m using RTX 4080 Graphics card,

My pc randomly goes black screen, monitors no signal then full black screen but CPU staying on, sometimes only CPU fans and graphics card fans full speed running.

I tried everything lbut not sure if that could be driver issues? Can anyone please help me?

I have a problem with my MSI Laptop, it goes Black screen randomly with backlit and fan still on, tried to Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B but nothing happen, everything that runs currently would forcedly stop (like music, game, etc) so i need to force shutdown it everytime it goes black screen. A little note, i use second monitor too, when the laptop goes black screen, the monitor shut down (it reads like i shutted down the laptop)



Tried to downgrade my windows (from Windows 11 because i thought its just a bug from W11) but i still got black screen in Windows 10. Sometimes i can't even boot to windows.

I also tried to reinstall all possible graphic drivers but still no use.

Can you please help me with it?
