Windows 10: My PC randomly restart/shutdown and the code was Error setting traits on Provider...

hi guys can u help me out, been 1 week my pc randomly restart and beside kernel-power 41, i found this error Error setting traits on Provider {8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Error: 0xC0000001event 28 - kerneleventtracing, people said it was the usb connector, but how do i tell which one is failing? and ive checked device manager, there is no warning sign for every universal bus in my pc, and i tried to plug and unplug every usb connector, and there is no error message thothank you

Error Setting Traits on Provider with bluetooth headset

Hi lads, I recently bought a new bluetooth headset (JBL Quantum 610), it works perfectly but the device disconnect and reconnect itself every 10-15 minutes, randomly. I looked again and again any issues on the net because it seems that the problem is really current and the tech support don't even help you. After hours of search I finally found the error but not the fix : "Error Setting Traits on Provider 8444a4fb-d8d3-4f38-84f8-89960a1ef12f}. Erreur : 0xC0000001" in the Windows Component Services admin event logs from the Kernel-Event Tracing source. Here is the list of what I tried : - Reinstall bluetooth, audio drivers - Reinstall JBL Quantum Software and try it with and without - Switch the alimentation shutdown options for the USB ports - Switch the Headset's Dongle to another USB port - Try with the USB charge cable connected to the headset - Disable all useless bluetooth devices already paired - Run sfc /scannow and the other command to fix the errors (dont remember it) And a lot, a lot of other fixes without getting too deep into modifications. I'm running Windows 10 Family : Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 I didn't post the log in the pinned post, because I wasn't sure I was in the good section. Thanks

Thanks for the heads-up. Even being aware that many, if not most errors in Event Viewer can be ignored or will be fixed on their own, when debugging one invariably gets caught up in determining what may indeed be so dismissed. Oh, well.
