Windows 10: My pc randomly started being very laggy after one of my games crashed

I was playing a game and then all of a sudden it crashed and i had to restart it, and after this it has been unbearably laggy. This has been happening since last night,

Pc crashed and now every game is super laggy

I was playing games until my pc crashed and the screen just went black. I turned it off and back on again and now every game is really laggy, but everything else runs smoothly as usual. I've tried clearing the storage out and checking for updates but nothing has helped.

whit 2 memory sticks i cant chance to xmp wont boot it boot in 2100 mhz but also reboots random already try it i have try many tings running pc in 3600 MHz also not work running ASUS ai tuning also not work i think its death in the water and better buy new system if i can get it work next month
