Windows 10: My PC repeatedly crash, sometimes with BSODstop code:IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello, Few days ago, I uninstalled the ESET smart security from my PCWindows 10, 32-bit, because It might cause windows crashincluding Stucking on startup interface for many times, everything seem to be back to normal after uninstalling, next day, I installed bitdefender total security, but my PC crashed repeatedly when using bitdefender total security, there's no any response when I moved my mouse, This situation was accompanied by the numlock light turning off, I guess the problem was caused by anti-virus software, In order to troubleshoot the problem, I forced a hard reboot and uninsta

Computer keeps crashing with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error code

My desktop PC has been repeatedly bluescreening the last few days with the error code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have done a little research and found this is usually due to a driver issue, and the first step is to make sure that all drivers are up to date.
However, first, how do I make sure every single driver is up to date or determine which one(s) need to be updated, without reinstalling every single driver on my PC?

 

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Crash

My PC keeps crashing, maybe once an hour with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. From the dmp file it seems to refer to WmiPrvSE.exe. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 

Irql_not_less_or_equal

So I have this clients PC that blue screens and gives a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000A error message. Error Goblin (link in sig) says the following:

And I have NO IDEA what the hell that means. It has wrapped around my head 5 times and caused it to explode. Ive ran memtest for 7 and a half hours and it didnt find any errors. I will probably run it again overnight just to be safe. Ive also cleaned out the computer with an air compressor and checked the hard drive for bad sectors are none are to be found.

Im trying like hell to avoid reinstalling Windows but it seems unlikely.

Im going to try updating some drivers and see what happens. Some of the drivers on this computer date back to 2007.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Alright so it doesnt look like ill be able to get onto the internet to do anything because nearly every time i try, i get the BSOD. Format seems imminent.
