Windows 10: My pc restarts upon opening newly installed games

I have attached the mini dump file, updated my drivers then rolled back to a much older one than previous, but still my pc goes out and boots up.Minidump

Newly build pc keep restarting

I'm having trouble my newly built pc. At first, everything was fine, I was able to play Fortnite for a game. After the game finished, the system started to restart (without any warning or error message). Then it started to does it randomly so I reset everything. Then once got back to windows, and started to install all of the drivers, it just kept on restarting every time I try to install the drivers. The temperature was below 30 C with nothing running and with game, it is below 55 C.

I tried the following suggestions:

1. Safe mode, turn off the automatic restart and update all the drivers
   
2. Auto Repair
   
3. switch the RAM positions/cleaning
   

Here are the parts:
CPU: Intel i7 9700k
GPU: RTX 2070
Motherboard: MSI Z390-A PRO LGA1151
PSU: Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB
Storage: SSD 750 GB
System: Window 10 home

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Asphalt 8: Airborne Game stopped opening after new updates installed

Hi,

Issues with launching a game or an app after installing updates are possibly caused by a software conflict or some of the update components got corrupted. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you disable the game DVR by following the steps below:

• Open the Xbox App and go to Settings.
• Click on the Game DVR tab and toggle off "Record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using the Game bar".

If the issue persists, update your graphics card driver. Here's how:

• Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
• Expand one of the categories to find the name of your display adapter, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver. For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right-click your graphics
  card and select Update Driver.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
• If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

If these steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver:

• Open the Device Manager.
• Right-click (or tap and hold) the name of the display adapter.
• Select Uninstall.
• Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
