Windows 10: My pc right now, I can use windows on either screen even though the update is still going...

Confused screen, keeps sleeping randomly and at 10 minutes even though I use the screen.

So Im using my windows 10 and one day it starts to decide doing this wierd thing were it closes the screen as going into "screen shut off" mode that you can change the setting for in energy alternatives.

Even if I have a movie on in full screen it will still in, I think always 10 minutes shut off, the screen fades away and closes and sound also goes away.

Wierd thing is, as soon as I move my mouse it opens up again

And now lately, its been doing this randomly a couple of times even though I use the computer (though this might not be the actual problem)

Ive been into energy settings and changed all imaginable advanced energy setting to 9999 minutes but it still wont change.

Step 1:

I suggest you to change the file system to NTFS while formatting and then try copying the files and check.



Step 2:

• • Take the backup of the data, if you have any important data in it?
    
  • Let’s format the drive and check.
    
  • Go to this PC.
    
  • Right click on the external USB device.
    
  • Select Format.

Note: Formatting will delete all the data in the device, taking a backup of the data is recommended before performing a format.

How can I remove Windows 10 updating from my computer ?

It is optional, if you want, you can update to Windows 10.

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

If you do not want to upgrade to Windows 10, then try to uninstall these updates and check.

• Open Windows Update by swiping in from the right edge of the screen (or, if you're using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen and moving the mouse pointer up), tapping or clicking
  Settings, tapping or clicking Change PC settings, and then tapping or clicking
  Update and recovery.
• Tap or click View your update history.
• Go through the list for the KB3035583 and KB2976978 update.
• Right click each update and click Uninstall.
