Windows 10: My PC running Windows 10 has stopped recognising headphones.

My PC the other day stopped recognising that any audio devices input & output other than the speakers exist, as in it doesn't show them as an available option.It still gives them power the lights on my headphones turn on when connected but it doesn't let me use them for some strange reason.I haven't changed any settings beforehand, I haven't touched anything inside the PC, it just refuses to detect sound devices.The headphones still work if i directly plug them into the audio jack on the side of the PC i use a Lenovo one, it still transmits audio but it doesnt register them as a new

Bluetooth not recognising headphones

Bluetooth on my PC recognises, pairs with and works with an ear piece headphone/mic.
Bluetooth on my Smartphone recognises, pairs with and works with an Ausdom headphone.
Therefore all hardware works.

However, PC Bluetooth will not recognise, let alone pair with, Ausdom headphone.

I have tried re-boots, turning Bluetooth on/off, uninstalling, re-loading drivers, etc. I have run out of ideas.

Any suggestions please?

 

Headphones are recognised but no sound (Windows 10)

I hope you are having a good day.
I've been having the following issue since yesterday: My headphones are recognised by Windows and the sound meter is even active when I play something, but I cannot hear a single thing. I already tried other headphones that didn't work as well, but a third pair of headphones with USB worked fine for some reason. I already tried a lot of things
1. First thing I did was update Windows
2. Look for driver updates
3. See if headphones are listed as the default device (They are)
4. Change the enhancement options.
Without results sadly.
I would appreciate it if someone had advice.
