Windows 10: My PC says it currently does not meet the requirements to update to windows 11, but it...

I've been considering upgrading to Windows 11 on my main computer, a self-built stationary gaming pc. It has an 8 core Ryzen 3700, 32 gigabytes of ram clocked at 3600mhz, a Radeon RX 6900 XT, and M.2 SSD storage, this ought to be above and beyond the required specs to run windows 11, but when attemping to download it via an installation USB, it said it did not meet the requirements, and wouldn't let me hit "next" to go on with the download anyway. The info screen on my windows 10 also states that my PC doesn't meet the requirements. Could it be some sort of driver issue or un-supported hardwar

Windows 11 not meeting requirements.

I ran the pc health check and received that my pc meets requirement for windows 11 although in the check & update section it is still saying my pc doesn't meet requirements?

 

PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements for Win 11

The utility indicates everything is good for Win 11 as I expected.

The question here is why the new banner-type message saying not compatible.





The Microsoft Heath Check utility says everything is good as well.

I have PC with MSI Z370 Pro Gaming Motherboard. I updated to the latest Windows 11 supported bios. I ran the system checker for Windows 11 and it says I meet all the requirements for Windows 11. Windows 10 update says My PC meets all requirements for Windows 11. When I try to install Windows 11 from USB it says this PC cannot run Windows 11.
