Windows 10: my PC screen changed to black and i can't changed

Discus and support my PC screen changed to black and i can't changed in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; after the Upgrade, my PC screen changed to black and when I went to change the wallpaper it greyed out and mentioned some of these settings are managed...     after the Upgrade, my PC screen changed to black and when I went to change the wallpaper it greyed out and mentioned some of these settings are managed by your organization.
