Windows 10: My PC screen freezes for a few seconds, and then i hear a whirring sound but it then unfreezes.

Since about 4-5 months ago, when I use my pc every now and again, my screen freezes and the audio cuts, but then from my PC I hear a whirring sound, like something starting up spinning again. It keeps on happening but hasn't been impacting too much, since its only a few seconds, just frustrating.I've got an Intel i7-9700F and a NVIDIA GTX 1650. 256GB of SSD and two SATA's with 1TB and 4TB respectively. I got the new 4TB drive a few moths ago, around the time the freezing started, but initially everything seemed fine, and I've health diagnosed the hard drive and nothing seems to be wrong with i

hi there, about every hour my screen freezes and i hear what might appear to be my hard drive rotating very fast for a second of two after all this the computer unfreezes and is back to normal.

 

When moving my mouse, it freezes for a second and unfreezes over and over!

Everytime when I move my mouse, it freezes for a second and unfreezes, my mouse I'm using is a usb wireless one and it also freezes for more than 1 second so how do I fix this?

Can you describe the issue with more detail?

ex: the image on screen freezes, but i can hit the power button and windows shuts down normally, and i can hear sounds in the background.
