Windows 10: My PC screen is completely black after changing the IBOS settings from Legacy.

I wanted to enable Secure Boot as when I already had the options enabled it still didn't want to work. Now when I try to turn on my pc, the screen is black but the keyboard and computer are still running. I can't access IBOS even though am spamming F10 and other keys to get it to start it up so I could change the settings.There's nothing else that I've changed before this, it just stays like this for no reason and I don't know what to do next. Does this mean it's updating the bios cause if so, do I keep the computer on or do i not need to have it on?I'd appreciate any help.
