    My PC Seems to randomly restart/shutdown on its own at times. Looked up on reliability...


    As shown below.It seems that its telling me a certain USB 3.0 port is making my PC crash into a critical error message. How can I diagnose & fix this?Same goes for my GPU > Apparently seeing the Ampere as the problem. GPU1. I have upgraded my drivers up to date by BOTH checking the website and looking on the Nvidia control panel > I have uninstalled drivers via device manager and re-installed them.2. Temps are not showing any red flags 60-80c on my 5800x when gaming/rendering in 3D. these temps are normal for the 5800x.- My temps for my GPU hover around 54-65 when idle > Gaming.

    My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

    Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
    Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

    Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
    Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

    Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

    Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

    This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

    ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

    Pc restart instead of shutdown after brief powerloss.

    When powerloss ( 1 second ) ( due to switch of electric fuse ) is very brief pc will restart or shutdown. ?

    My pc get restarted instead of shutdown.Any ideas?

    I ask because i have in bios option AC Power Loss POWER OFF.


    When i manually cut power for longer time pc will not boot itself when power back, because i have AC POWER LOSS POWER OFF in bios.
    But few days ago when power due to switch of electric fuse was off only for 1 second pc restarts instead of shutdown.
