Windows 10: My pc showing black screen

Well whenever i turn on my pc it logins and works fine for 4-5 mins and then goes black screen with mouse cursor wich doesn't move and no shortcut works I was having issues so i reset my c drive but the problem still continue it wont let me update anything cuz after 5 mins its just goes black pls i need help I was running windows 11 And i have ryzen 5307016 gb ram
