Windows 10: My PC shows black screen on startup and won’t enter safe mode, what do I do?

My PC windows 10 was randomly crashing, sometimes every hour or so and sometimes even every 5 seconds- it would crash and then crash again while booting up. I tried checking Memtest86 to see if it was a ram issue, it wasn’t. I then tried making sure my drivers were up to date, they all are. I then tried deleting recent downloads to see if there was a culprit, didn’t work. I then tried uninstalling the latest windows update, it didn’t work. Then when my PC crashed 3 times back to back without me even seeing the login screen, I tried restoring windows through UEFI. That resulted in me logg

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.

Cannot enter safe mode

Hi, My Asus laptop is stuck in a startup repair loop while trying to fix error 0x80070091, I've tried following things:
Use this guide: Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use the option 'reset this pc' and tried to use 'system recovery' but all to no avail.
While in this startup repair loop it also seems impossible to enter safe mode. (I've tried to enter safe mode pressing F5 from the startup settings screen). I guess using the tweaking repair program will solve this error (0x80070091) but obviously I have to enter safe mode first. Any suggestions?

Black screen on BIOS, startup and Safe Mode

Hi everyone,

I just bought a pc and i was trying to open the BIOS and all I just got was black screen. I tried running it by advanced startup and it also showed black screen. Now i tried starting it using safe mode and what I am just getting is a complete black screen when I turn it on. Anyone can help me please?
